These guidelines have been established so that fans can feel free to publish derivative works of official images, videos, and other copyrighted works for which ENILIS Co.
With regard to some of the derivative works by individuals and circles (non-corporate entities) related to Palepro and the characters appearing in Palepro, as long as they comply with these Guidelines and are within the scope of individual doujin activities, we will not make any claims of copyright infringement or other rights.
When you create derivative works or reproduce videos of our copyrighted works, you are deemed to have agreed to these Guidelines. If you do not agree to these guidelines, you may not create derivative works or reproduce videos of our works.
The guidelines are subject to revision without notice. Users are requested to check this page from time to time and to conduct derivative works and video reproductions within the scope described in the latest guidelines. Please note that we will not be liable for any damages resulting from the revision of these guidelines.
For the purpose of these Guidelines, primary content, secondary content, and video reprinting are defined as follows
Primary creative content: All works that the project has rights to, such as image data, scenarios, music, etc., produced and presented by the Company.
Secondary creative works: Acts in which individuals use knowledge obtained from the Project as part of their fan activities to creatively express their own thoughts or feelings (hereinafter referred to as "secondary creative activities"), or creative works (hereinafter referred to as "secondary creative works").
This does not include mere modifications of primary creative content that are not creative in nature.
Reproduction of videos: The act of producing videos including so-called "cut-out videos" (hereinafter referred to as "reprinted videos") that use part of the primary creative content provided by the Project, such as member images, videos, audio, etc., in particular, live broadcasts, with audio and text added, etc. Reproduced videos are defined as videos that use the images, videos, audio, etc. of the Project members.
Reproduced videos include both derivative works and mere modifications of non-creative primary creative content, since "reprinted videos" means videos that use the images, videos, audio, etc. of the project members.
Secondary creative activities recognized by this project refer to new creations made by individuals based on the primary creative contents provided by this project.
Specifically, the Project covers the creation and operation of illustrations, coterie magazine, manga, novels, etc. as creative works, and the creation of cosplay costumes, various activities using cosplay, and their various operations, etc. as activities.
Distribution of derivative works is permitted within the scope of non-profit fan activities, except in the case of video reprinting.
In addition to complying with these guidelines, we would appreciate it if you could do so within the bounds of general good manners.
Please note that there is no need to apply for, inquire about, or pay royalties for derivative works that comply with these guidelines.
The "scope of non-profit fan activities" is defined as all of the following. If any one of the following is not satisfied, the activity is not considered to be within the scope of non-profit fan activities.
Activities by individuals or unincorporated entities without the purpose of making a profit
・Distribution without compensation, or in the case of receiving compensation, only a small amount of compensation such as the cost of raw materials
The use must be within the scope of a hobby and not for advertising or publicity of other content, products or services.
If you wish to publish "reprinted videos" such as videos or clippings related to our project, please be sure to submit the following information using this form to obtain our project's permission in advance.

For channels approved by our project, we will allow you to post reprinted videos and grant you a license number to the extent that it is allowed as a non-profit fan activity.
However, even for channels approved by the project, we ask that you comply with the following conditions.
(1) Activities are limited to those that do not fall under any of the following prohibited activities. For example, the submission of videos that are merely cut from the original
video/distribution is prohibited.
(2) For reprinted videos, please be sure to include the URL of the original video/distribution and the permission number assigned by the project in the summary section at

Posting of cut and clipped videos on X (formerly Twitter) will be permitted on a special, uniform basis (however, it may be prohibited if it falls under prohibited activities under the guidelines, if it is made in conjunction with such activities, or if the Company deems it inappropriate.)
There are no restrictions on whether or not editing is allowed or how long it takes to post cut and clipped videos on X (formerly known as Twitter).

The following acts are strictly prohibited in relation to this project.
Even if an act falls within the definition of derivative activity, if any of the following applies, it does not fall under the category of derivative activity recognized by this project. Failure to comply will result in individual contact, including a request to cease derivative works.
1. commercial use of a highly commercial nature, regardless of whether it is paid or unpaid.
*This shall not apply to activities such as publishing and distributing coterie magazine only when it can be judged that there is no excessive commercial
nature.
At the very least, sales of more than 200 units or sales of more than 100,000 yen (number of units produced x estimated sales
price (excluding tax)) shall be deemed to be commercial use with a high degree of business

2. direct secondary

5. infringing or threatening to infringe on the rights of primary creative content and third parties
6. use of primary creative content or secondary creative activities in this project that fall under the category of content for adults (R18 and sensitive content)
7. use misleading expressions that may lead to the misunderstanding that the contents are the official contents of the Project.
8. activities that may lead to discrimination based on race, creed, religion, gender, social status, etc.
9. using primary or secondary creative content for a specific creed, religion, or political position.
10. reproducing primary creative content on video sharing sites or other media without permission.
11. Any other items that the Project deems to be beyond the scope of secondary creative activities.

If we decide that we wish to officially distribute or merchandise your work, we will contact you individually to discuss the matter.
In addition, please use the hashtag designated by each member for Twitter when you publish your works, as it will make it easier for our project members to access your derivative works and reprinted videos.
However, please note that we may use the hashtags listed above even if the hashtags are not used when the derivative works are published.

The Guidelines apply only to "individuals" or "unincorporated organizations (including doujinshi, circles, etc.)" that "produce derivative works or reprinted videos" as a "non-profit activity.

Please note that the Project will not be held responsible for any event that occurs as a result of such discontinuation. We will not be held responsible for any problems related to derivative works or video reproduction.
Please enjoy derivative works and video reproductions at your own risk. All matters related to these guidelines shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
